I just bought some shares from Microsoft. I'm having second thoughts. So, does anybody know if Microsoft is a good investment in this time of a possible ecconomic recesion?

For the LONG term...absolutely YES! Good luck.
You should have invested in Apple. Constant income, profit on last year and with the reduction in prices of their i phone and i touch, even more sales will occur. Microsoft will still do well though. You should have bought just before they released Vista.
